Whats the difference between Graphics cards and Video cards. might be a dumb question but hey, wont know if i dont ask...

I thought of replying the same thing when I first read this post, but shouldn't video cards include those video capture cards and mpeg cards? Maybe that's the reason why you find two separate forums in THGC. Well, never mind, they're just the same to me...
