Administrator Account

Okay... So... In the past, I accidentally DELETED my administrator account, and I cannot get it back... Absolutely nothing is working. Please help?

you can go to accounts at control panel and go to add account and select administrator. if that doesnt work do a fresh install and where it say administrator account put in user name and password. if you need any more help letme know
