psu question

will a antec 350W provide enough juice for:
(upgrade plan)
barton 2800+
asus A7N8X Deluxe
1gb corsair PC-3200LLPT
WD 120gb 8mb cache
VANTEC AeroFlow VA4-C7040
4 80mm casefans
gf4 4400(already own)
48x cd-burner
Also, will i be able to add more things to it without worrying about running out of power?

Is it an OEM or TruePower Antec?

A good 350W should be enough for that system but the PSU will probably run near its limits.

My dual-PSU PC is so powerfull that the neighbourhood dims when I turn it on

It is never worth scrimping on a PSU. After all if you buy a decent one now it will last for many future upgrades. I suggest an Enermax 450w model which can be set to noiseless operation and has good exhaust capabilities.

If it's an OEM Antec it would be too close for me to say. If it's a True Power it should work.
