Very urgent ....my pc shut atuomatecally and seen blue screen

and my pc also near televsion but i off the tv at time of work

Here is an example of a question or request for help with zero system information and a cursory explanation of the issue. No description of how or when the issue arises and if it is a new issue on a previously working system. The only clear element is a demand for an urgent reply. So my solution is to take two asprins and call back in the morning. Best of luck with this one.

An easy fix. You need to flush your cache. 1 - 2 cups of camomile tea right onto the board should sort the issue.
