I was having a problem with my phone not charging, went in to the store
and they told me it was the charger, gave me another charger and I was
out of there in 5 minutes.

Same here. A low-end Nokia that they'd given me a retention deal on
in the first place. Died after about six months. Had me a
replacement, in the store, in 2-3 days. I was pleasantly surprised.
