My Internet Explorer changed from the normal light blue to a dark blue all of a sudden. I went afk for a few horus and when I came back it was normal light blue. But then I restarted my Computer and it turned back into dark blue again. Anyone have an idea why?

How do I get TweakUI to work with Windows XP? It says a icon for it will pop up in my control panel but it doesnt.

You must be looking at the 2K version. Did you get it from <A HREF="http://www.microsoft.com/WINDOWSXP/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp" target="_new">here</A> ? It shows up under Start -> Programs -> Power Toys for Windows XP
