First I have a Belkin router, model number F5D8236-4 v3.
Lately the wireless light on the router has been blinking with an amber light. The manual said this means that it is having trouble connecting to my PC. I can still use the internet, as I am right now. I just want to know why it is still blinking? I've restarted it and the modem, I've reset it to factory settings, even found a newer firmware and installed that but nothing has worked. Occasionally it will stop blinking amber and go to a blue solid light but the blinking amber will come back after a few seconds. It does seem to slow my internet down when blinking and it speeds up again when it stops for a few seconds. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to fix this?
