Cross-linked files stops me from accessing drive

How do I fix cross-linked files? I was using Partition Magic and tried to merge two partitions. Apparently I hadn't read the instructions thoroughly enough and I lost one partition. The other one i still there, but I can't access it. I can run scandisk and I can defrag it, but I cannot access it. What must I do to fix this?

Try <b>CHKDSK /F /R</b>

If that don't get it... Hate to tell you this... looks like you're going to have to blank everything out and start from scratch.
