I have an epox onboard soundcard with creative 5200
If i buy audigy sound card will sound quality be better?

If you're not running an nForce or nForce2 chipset with the full APU, (and I don't see one in the EPoX lineup after a quick scan of their site) then yes, the Audigy will work better. If you <i>do</i> have an APU-powered nForce2, then even the Audigy2 won't show significant improvements for you.
