I have an LG PM325 that I'd like to download my contact from onto a laptop.
The laptop also has Bluetooth and can see the phone. However, when I try to
connect the laptop to the phone, I get a message that no services are
available. What do I need to download my phone contact onto the computer?

My limited understanding of how that's done requires a service on the
phone called "Object Exchange" (OBEX for short). And, again from what I
understand, OBEX is either disabled or nonexistant on the PM325.
So I don't think you can do that.
