How to repair damage external disk

My flash disk does not appear on my computer. could somebody help to solve this problem

If your flash drive is not show, first check device manager to make sure it has the driver. If it is not showing in there then I afraid its not great news. You could strip the plastic off to see if there is a broken connector and unless you are fantastic with a soldering iron then its not good news.
