Hi everyone. I'm doing research on Auto Tune and pitch correction
technology in audio recording. I need information on how the
technology has advanced over the years. What pitch correction is, what
it does and how it works. Which manufacturers are there that make this
kind of software and hardware. Also what are some of the common uses
of auto tune and pitch correction and the ways that this technology has
been abused? Any information that any of you can provide or any good
links would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

I actually thing using it like Cher did is less offensive than how it's
usually used.
