Scheduled shutdown of XP ?

Anyone know how I can tell my computer to shut itself down at a scheduled time.

I want to leave it running a task when I got to work, then schedule my computer to shut itself down 4 hours later when I know that program will be finished. (the program I'm running does not have the "shutdown when finished" function hence my need for a maunal solution.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The file recommended <A HREF="http://aumha.org/a/shtrstrt.htm" target="_new">here</A> entitled "Shutdown.exe" is a very small download. Save it anywhere on your HD, then schedule it to run with the appropriate switches, so that WinXP will power down.
