Underclocked memory timing question

Hello all

I was recently given a pair of Corsair CMX256A-2700C2 modules that I put in an Abit KX7-133R board running a XP 2400+ at 266MHz. Corsair's site says the memory is rated 2-3-3-6-T1 at 333MHz.

My question is: Am I hurting the memory running it at 2-2-2-6-T1 at 266MHz. Everything's running fine, but I'm wondering if this is like overclocking and if I could kill the dimms over time.

It's kind of like overclocking, but shouldn't hurt the DIMMs.
