Hard Drive Problems

Hi Guys,

I think I have a problem with my D Drive, below are the drive specs and the results I have gained from various benchmarks.

I have reformatted the D Drive and am still getting the same results, I noticed things were wrong because programs where taking ages to open, and games kept freezing for a couple of seconds every so often.

Any ideas?, is it the Hard drive or could it be the IDE cable?.

I reseated the cables and it improved quite a lot, although it still isnt what I would like .

seems that each time I do it it changes, the above screenshot is the best one so far.
