Despite what CSRs say, there are some real numbers and addresses to
some real people in SprintPCS. Here are some that I've gleaned through
various issues resulting from customer service incompetence:

Executive Services (a group that approaches real customer service):

when regular customer service doesn't work, which is most of the time)

the same place).
