Windows 7 keeps freezing randomly

Hello, recently my laptop has been crashing and i don't know why? i have done a full virus scan using three different anti-viruses and two malware scans they came back clear. i also did one in safe mode and it was clear. i have done a disk defrag and a disk clean up. i don't know what else to try please help ?
