I have been having BSODs for the past few days. I need advises on how to resolve the issue. any help is appreciated

I know how to use/setup/fix/install Windows. I have been in IT for a while, and I need to get some insight in this bsod. I am using the windbg tool to find out what is causing this bsod. If you have seen it before, please let me know.
