Blue screen of death.

I have been getting blue screens of death since I installed windows, BlueScreenView says it is caused by driver: ntoskrnl.exe (NT kernel & system).
Can you guys help me?

as long as I am making a thread I want to ask why can't I update my catalyst from 11.7 to 12.4 or 12.3?

You can try booting to safemode and running the chkdsk command to see if there are any file system errors. You may need to insert your Windows CD and going into the repair option.
