I know a fella with several Tablet PC's. I'm trying to decide which one out of three that I want to buy, but know virtually nothing of T-PC's....so any advice is greatly appreciated
T-PC #1) Fujitsu ST4120 (Slate) -- 768 mb RAM -- one Standard Battery & one Extended Battery -- Keyboard -- external USB CD Writer -- WinXP -- (not sure of HardDrive's size...) -- asking price : $600.00.
T-PC #2) Visionary V800XPT (Slate) -- 512 mb RAM -- one Standard Battery & one Extended Battery -- Keyboard -- Win XP -- 40 GB HardDrive -- asking price : $550.00.
T-PC #3) ACER C300 TRAVELMATE (Convertible) -- 512 mb RAM -- one Standard Battery -- Win XP -- 40 GB HardDrive -- (not sure on price yet, won't buy if over $650.00).
So which is the best buy? Are all 3 great T-PC's? Or is one of them a "DUD"? I couldn't find alotta info on the Visionary...
I don't know about tablet PCs. The industry hasn't sold me on the idea yet. I do know Fujitsu has the longest history and probably the best support. You may also want to check out the P1500 model. If you plan on walking around with it in the crook of your arm, think about weight.
