Hi! I'm a college student from Argentina. Here notebooks are still very expensive compared to desktops, but i need one! I'll use it for Office, DVD, Internet, some games. Toshiba, HP, Acer, Sony, IMB are the most popular brands. What notebook you think is the best under 800 bucks?? Pentium M (Centrino) or AMD? Thanks!

I bought my Compaq in July. With rebates+ I bought it for less than $800. It has the new AMD Turion CPU.
