Hi. I'm a college student and I'll buy my first notebook. I'll use it basically for MS Office, internet, DVD movies. I don´t want to expend more than U$S 800, an I think Acer Aspire 3613WLCI (http://www.superwarehouse.com/Acer [...] 7/p/624004 ]) is a good option, what do you think?
I was reading that Acer notebooks have usually hardware problems :thumbdown , so Toshiba (for example) is a better option. It's that true? Thanks!

I've not looked at the particular model in question, but Acers have been known to have problems in the past. It may well be that this model doesn't, but I'd read a few reviews first, and if you hear rumblings it might be safer to go with a more reliable brand.
