Audigy2 and GA-8KNXP

I just built a new PC using the Gigabyte GA-8KNXP MB and have not yet added a soundcard to it (using built in sound for now). I am thinking about adding the Audigy2 Platinum to it but would like to know if there are any issues with this combo under WinXP Pro with an ATI AIW 9700 Pro video card?

Hey Raptorsys,

I am using the 8KNXP motherboard with an Audigy 2 Platinum eX and haven't had any problems yet (over two weeks). However, if you want it to work, you MUST follow the insructions exactly or the drivers will go crazy (as I learned the hard way). I am not using a Radeon 9700 at the moment, but I plan on getting one soon. As of now I have a Gainward GeForce 4. I hope this helps!

I have an 8KNXP with Audigy 2 and Radeon 9800 PRO. No issues whatsoever.
