    He (and I) would like a way to display an image in the 'white space' behind the files of a folder, its background. In XP this was done in the desktop.ini file. (explanation at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc144102%28VS.85%29.aspx#create), Visa was a bit harder and required a third party app http://www.aveapps.com/folderbg.html. And, personally untested, I found in my research that Windows OS's prior to XP actually had it in their customization tab much like the Vista Third party App.

    If anyone has any Idea's that would be awesome.
