Signal from Mike inputs is coming only from one side
Signal from Tape In is working fine on both sides.
Creating loud pop (f.e. plugging in condenser mike with phantom power on)
cures the problem and the unit works fine for the rest of the night.
Anybody knows any less barbarian solution?

Replace the bad cap. Or whatever it is that is causing the bias problem,
though it's probably a bad cap.
