Ethernet controller driver windows 7 64 bit

I installed Windows 7(64bit) Pro. on a Zotac G31-Intel chipset motherboard.Windows 7 does not reconize the onboard Realtek Lan.
I have installed the latest Realtek Lan driver which came from Zoltac's web site.I have reinstalled Windows 7 and installed the latest G31 chipset drivers. I have reinstalled and removed the Realtek Lan driver more than once.
I am at a point where I don't know what else I can do to solve this problem.

Did you try to update thru device manager?

Did you try to update thru device manager?

It doesn't show up in device manager. Windows 7 will not reconize it.
