I have a billionton usb isdn adapter and have noticed that every ten seconds or so my CPU usage spikes to +- 25 to 30 percent wheter the adapter is connected to the internet or not.
If I disconnect the USB ISDN adapter it stops pulsing.
Now what I want to know is. is this normal or is the adapter faulty. I have installed the newest drivers.

I use windows XP with a AMD XP 2400+ with a asus a7v266-e mobo 512mb 266DDR ram
If anyone has a solution I will be really happy :)
