Don't go to Blockbuster. They're scammers. It's been awhile since I've been there, but they had a "3 day rental." Well, not really. If you rented it on Tuesday night, you had to return it Thursday morning. Yeah, 3 days my ass.

Hey, Blockbuster's been fairly decent. I've been enrolled in their Movie Pass thing for two months, and it's great! We watch about 10 movies a week, now. As far as recomndations, 13 going on 30 was pleasant. We currently have Monty Python and the Holy Grail DVD and SNL: Best of Will Ferrel.

For non family fare, you could try Hellboy or Kill Bill. Hidalgo is perpetually out.

I like netflix, 3dvds out at a time...and usually i could get 2shipments a week. So 6Dvd's a week....for 4.5weeks....that's 27.
I did that for 2months and i watched so many movies.....gotta love college.

42 DVD's?!?!?!? I couldn't possibly encode....uh....i mean watch.... 42DVD's a week.
I like netflix because of the variety of stuff i can get and its automatic and doesn't require me to leave the house. I work at night so doing 'daytime' things is hard.

It wouldn't suprise me if i had a $30 late fee's from Blockbuster. I am terrible about returning things on time.

I never saw the 1st one. Mainly because i dont like kung-fu movies. And also i dont get why terrintino(sp) is so awesome. His films are like trying to use a shotgun to open a can of coke.....yeah its open, but now what? They are a little over the top.

I liked Reservior Dogs a lot, but i HATED pulp fiction and from dawn till dusk, it was alright.

I guess i could rent 1&2 and check it out.

How is it the deepest movie he has made? the Mystery suitcase? Oh come on. Most people say it has great diologe and acting. Samuel L. was good, John Travolta was alright.

I dont get why pulp fiction is a great movie. I dont get why its deep, i dont get why it's clever.

So many movies are loved that i fail to see the alure of the movie. I am by no means a movie expert, i am just someone who watches a lot of movies. I would love to learn why pulp fiction is good, then i could rewatch it and maybe enjoy it this time.

I don't think there is a universal good and bad to movies, if YOU like a movie and you enjoy it, thats awesome. if i dont, i am not insulting you. i am just expressing that i dont see the draw to the movie.
