Hi all!! My name is Robert, i live in Cuba. As u might be heard there are several restrictions in my country which can not allow me to unlock my cellphone. First of all I dont have internet.... and in case i would have it I can not use the PayPal .... so what can i do??? 
The only way i know is providing the Imei Number ... so, if someone here in this forum would be kind to help me...please!!! the imei number is 356862000524564 and the phone used to belong to rogers at&t
