I installed Afterburner on my OS5 device and did not know it was not
compatible. I paid for my error because now everything is running very
choppy. Games, movies, everything.

I deactivated it, uninstalled it, did a hard reset and I still have the same
problem. Games used to run very smoothly before installing Afterburner.

Any ideas what I could do? Please help! My stupidity has ruined my expensive
Palm device. Never again will I touch overclocking programs :'-(

Afterburner has not been updated to run on OS 5.

Try a hard re-set, only load 1 or 2 of the now flaky programs and test.

If it is not working properly, toss your Palm in the trash.

Hope this helps.

Works fine now. Thanks Jim. I'm a n00b to this stuff.

Before I backed up to my memory card, did a hard reset and restored it. I
guess there's something there that causes it to perform poorly. Now I have
to install each program and adjust the settings one by one. It's better than
trashing my new $300 palm.
