need help picking hardware for personal project...

Hi all,
I need to find a laptop/notebook with the following characteristic:

1. should have long battery life (laptop does not need to power its screen)
2. should be able to boot from flash cards.
3. should have a serial port
4. should have a vga output
5. should have a usb port
6. needs to be just enough in order to play videos non stop.
7. the cheaper the better.

things that arent important:

1. dont care about hardrive or optical drives.
2. dont need firewire or any connections not mentioned above.
3. doesnt even need to have a screen (if something like that exsists).
