What DDR to get for a new 865 board?

I know the new 865 boards have been a little picky on memory...so what good (and good value) DDR would you guys recommend for a new 800mhz setup?

Corsair XMS PC3200 or PC3500

- OR -

TwinMos PC3200 with Winbond CH-5 chips

The TwinMos would be the cheapest in price but still great memory.
