I know that there isn't actually a real refresh rate on LCDs, because the image isn't redrawn like it does on CRTs.
so i was wondering if it actually matters if I set the refresh rate to 60Hz or 75Hz? does it make a difference somehow?
if it matters, i have a ViewSonic VP171b connected through DVI
