How to avoid repeatidly being asked to login

I'm running Windows 7 in Dual mode with Windows XP. When I start the Virtual Machine and load XP I am asked to login, and I can login successfully. Generally, I go back to Windows 7 and do a few things, and eventually return to the Windows XP environmen. When I return I am asked to login again. How can I stay logged in to XP while I work back-n-forth?

Turn the screen saver off, and modify the advanced power options so that the VM never Hibernates.
