I don't have cdrwin but you could download a demo version of nero from www.ahead.de. its well easy to copy with nero, you just put the audio cd in your dvd/cdrom and a blank cd in the writer, select cd copy and off you go!

failing that use a prog like cdex (from www.sourceforge.net) to rip the audio cd tracks to your harddrive and then burn them the same way as you'd burn mp3s..

Just a minor point that you probably already know, but MP3 files are burnt as a data file, while regular music CD files are usually CDAudio files, so you may have to use a different part of the burner program for the CD copy.
Good Luck,

1. Put in the Music CD
2. Copy an image of the CD to your hard drive
3. Put in the CD-R
4. Burn the image from your hard drive to the CD-R
