Northern Virginia recording studio partner

A professional award winning studio in Northern Virginia is looking for
a partner. The studio brings in a booked client list and has won
several local music awards for best studio, and best production and
mixing. The owner is looking for someone to invest about 5-8k which
pays off a previous partner's shares. Its a great situation for
someone who wants to get into professional production but doesn't want
to either a) spend the 100k+ to build your own studio and b) go to a
recording school which doesn't guarantee landing a job. I'll post the
