I have problem with my hard disk that asking for format, pls advise me any solution that i can get back all my important files.

You have to explain why, how and when has it asked you for a format.
There are a few software out there to recover HDD data, but that's only if we are able to tell you whether it's physically faulty or then just some software errors that could be easily rectified.
