Hello,
My USB does not work

plug in the USB drive
L click start
R click computer
L click properties
L click device manager
scroll down to the bottom of the list
R click Universal Serial Bus controllers
L click scan for hardware changes
If the drive fails to detect, leave the drive plugged in while you restart the computer and repeat.
Or try plugging the drive into a different USB connector and repeat.

Install chipset support driver off motherboard CD or 3rd party driver for the device.
