why drivers are not working?

What drivers? What happened before they stopped working? Need details.

It's like asking "Why is the sun gone?" You could be in a cave. You could have your eyes closed. You may be on a planet with no star. You could be looking the wrong way. Now if you say "I was running with two sharp sticks, fell on them, they poked out my eyes and now I can't see the sun, why", we could have an answer.
