Hello,
how to send contacts saved in laptop to samsung mobile through bluetooth?

There are many Samsung phones. For some of them (old, non-smart ones), Samsung provides synchro programs. Otherwise, once you pair the phone to computer, open the contact in Windows, then Sent To -> Bluetooth.

If you have a smart phone, then synchronising thru Google is an option as well.
