* It appears as though they are running the Memory at 400MHz with a 333MHz FSB processor. Therefore, the memory and FSB are not in sync, which in turn results in a performance hit.

* Given two Athlon XPs at an identical clock speed (2GHz, for example) and both with a sync Memory/FSB ratio, the one with the higher Memory/FSB is theoretically the faster one.
