GRAFIX HELP

My computer displays no color besides 16 colors and only 600 by 400 resoulution, i recently reinstalled windows ME onto my computer and i have reinstalled all the drivers and they are all up to date(2000 drivers are most recent)i have an old intel740 and a Quantex xp190.i dont see any reason that there should be no color.I would appreciate any help on this subject and could use a walkthrough

Sounds like WinME went and installed generic display drivers. You could try reinstalling your display adapter (in software). Delete your display adapter from Device Manager and reboot. Then force windows to load display drivers from a disk.
