Hi all,
I am going to relocate within the next few months to NYC (maybe
Brooklyn or Bronx). I have been considering building out a studio
space, but thought if anyone had a studio share, a line on an existing
build out or was interested in partnering up it might make things
easier.
I work mostly with music, however I have been mixing for TV lately. I
have allot of gear...small neve console, 2" machine, protools, tube
mics... Its enough for a complete studio.
I am very picky, if its not right I won't do it. However, I am willing
to consider all possibilities.

there was someone on the DUC advertising a nice space in Manhattan.
wasn't cheap, as Manhattan isn't.
