HP zt1190 CMOS clock battery

My Hewlett-Packard zt1190 laptop loses time at a rate of about 2 hours per day. I'm guessing that the CMOS clock battery is burning out. Does anyone here know where I can buy a replacement CMOS battery for this laptop model?

Well I guess they use the same button 3V battery almost all PCs use (if not all). They can be bought in electronic stores and good hardware stores.
