Hi all!
Something strange has happend with my server. I have SBS 2000. A few days ago I have restarted my server and when I have tried to add a new user using Active Directory Users and Computers I got this error "Naming information cannot be located because: No authority could be contacted for authentication".
At Microsoft this error occurs when DNS is missconfigured. I haven't done any changes to DNS. After diging I have found that all my files in security tab are using \LSAsetupDomain\... instead of \\...
Any idea what could have happend?

I had similar experience with Win 7 x64 recently. I could not access certain system files. After booting with DART I checked permissions and sole access belonged to LSAsetupDomain. I am curious if you have gotten anywhere on this.
