Asking this question for a friend. He currently has a MSI KT4VL motherboard with a stick of PC3200 RAM in it. He wants to know if it's possible to add an addition stick of PC2100 or PC2700 RAM.
Would work fine but you will have to run your RAM at your slowest stick's speed. Make sure to have RAM fast enuff to run your FSB the same speed as your RAM (1:1) for best performance.
