I just had a bad recone experience. I'd buy a factory replacement. Good
recones are possible, but if you get a bad one, it's not worth the
additional trouble and time for any money you saved.

I'd look around for a new woofer first. I have seen several on
ebay pretty cheap, and the "Parts Dept" section of Sam Ash on 48th St
in Manhattan is blowing out a bunch of left over driver stock, think I
saw some 10" or 12" Tannoy stuff in the case there recently.

Thanks fo the Info there Will, I'll pass it on to my friends in your
neck of the woods. They called me when the Tannoy website says
"Kitchener Ontario" for Service..
