Sony vaio driver download for windows 7

I'm actually not really sure either which windows i'm using.But my concern is i want to restore a program which i've accidentally deleted.i think its the Intel Graphic cos now my screen seems distorted and the resolution is also not good.Help me pls really need an advice..Thank you so much..
