AvP: Worst movie ever!!!

The movie was entertaining though. I laughed a lot.

It wasn't scary though. The pg13 rating ruined the movie. It was so watered down that it had no resembelence to any of it's predecesors. The plot was terrible. I kind of liked the movie though from the point where it's just the "two of them". I nearly fell asleep in the begining though.

It's a b flick. There was a lot of laughing and a lot of whining at the end by moviegoers.

I'm sorry, but I must vote against this movie being the worst ever. But then again, I've seen Motel Hell and Play-Mate of the Apes.

You are totally full of crap, this wasn't a continuation of the other two series dumbo it was laying the foundation for a completely new series of movie, and just like any movie laying a new foundation takes time to get the first off the ground, just like Batman, Spiderman Etc.

Maybe you were laughing like the hyena you naturally are and missed something I don't know, but I really enjoyed the movie and everyone that was with me enjoyed it, we're going back to see it again and thankfully don't need your permission or blessing to do so.

The theatre was packed, they had it running in two different theatres at the same time, no one was laughing during the movie in the theatre, and no one was asking for their money back, but honestly if for some stupid reason of yours you felt you got jipped I ROFLMAO at you, you're too dense to get the whole picture, but thats the way you've always been, at least nothings changed with you there!

Personally I thought the movie rocked, and the foundation is now laid for future AvP movies, cause they definitely left the door wide open for AvP2, but when it comes out just keep your little sorry a$$ at home and save your money.

I never said it was a continuation of the other two stories, "dumbo," I said it made a mockery of them. Alien and Aliens were both really good, and Alien3 was also alright. Alien4 was kinda dumb, but it could have been worse. Predator 1 was awesome, and even Predator 2 wasn't that bad (although its been forever since I've seen it). This "new foundation" for a new series, in my eyes started off on a very very bad note because of how badly written and concieved it was.

I was laughing because so many parts were so dumb and silly when they were supposed to be serious.

If I am too dense to get the whole picture, oh wise one please enlighten me on what exactly one is too "get" from watching this movie.

I made a movie goers worst mistake with Reloaded, I had gone to see it with pre-expectations of what it should have been, and I didn't give it a chance I didn't see it as what it was and ended up disapointed with it, but after seeing it a few more times I had accepted it for what it was and I really liked the movie. You are never going to let me forget that are you.

Being an Aliens vs Predator gaming fan I wasn't looking for the movie to be about the existing Alien and Predator movie series, because the games are different and just relate to the movies, so I was looking for the new foundation to be laid for a completely new series of movie and wasn't disapointed they did a great job, the alien and predator special effects are awesome, in the end you could almost feel a kindred spirit with the predator, you'd have to see the movie to understand that.

I really enjoyed the movie Vic, and there will be a second part, they definitely left the door open for it.

I'll bet most of you have never seen "The Conquerers" starring John Wayne. Until "Battlefield Earth" (you'd have to read the book to realize how terrible it is) The Conquerer was the worst. ("B" drive in movies don't count). So even disregarding the book...Battlefield Earth couldn't even stand on it's on merit...The Matrix as a series never had a chance because the first one was so good we all had our sights set too high. But opinions are like buttholes everybodies got one or is one LOL. And before you go ballistic everybody is someones butthole...I'm addressing the whole AvP post not you personally...

Yepper BigMac, I go to movies for entertainment not for some DEEP meaning...that's why Kill Bill 1 and 2 were fun for me...suspending belief for an hour or two...but I want it to be done well...

You called it wrong for me. I can suspend my disbelief, but if the movie is still incredibly retarded with weak action, odds are I won't like it.

I went to midnight showings of both Matrix sequels, which I thought were ok. I saw Chronicles of Riddick, which was really retarded but I liked it because it had good action. I think Terminator 3 totally kicked ass.

Action/sci-fi movies are totally my cup of tea. But, if the movie sucks, it sucks.

I have to say though, too many people are picky. People are taking the movie experience for granted. We're offered some big screen big sound experience, and people will pick apart movies to screw the fun out of them. I can safely say I never went to a movie and came out dissatisfied. It just doesn't happen for me. I'm really open. Maybe later the movie will no longer appeal to me as much as when I watched it and I won't want to see it again, but the movie experience itself is one I enjoy. When I think of the loads of people who hated Revolutions, I get depressed. It's so sad all of that bunch has now become nothing but picky people who don't go for the enjoyment and fun of the movie experience, but to pick apart what went wrong in the ending, the acting, the plot, blah blah blah...
If it weren't for my opinion respecting self, I'd go off pretty easily insulting those who hated that movie. But it saddens me big time nonetheless, to see how society has grown to take everything for granted. The worst movies in the early cinema days were appreciated because people were given some experience never seen before. Even in black and white and without sound.

You won't see me ever make a thread about how I hated so much a movie I went to see. Ksoth would, many others would. We've become incredibly picky, it's not even funny anymore. But that's their opinion and I just gotta accept it.
