should i get the Acer travemate 8200/8204 or XPS m170?

Hey guys, i'm having a hard time deciding which laptops to get. I'm still in university and i'll be needing it for next years program. I'm in environmental design, something like interior design, so i'll be running programs like autocad 3D programs. I know taht the TM8200 series has better benchmarks on the cpu but the XPS has good gaming/graphics. So which one should i get? Or any other laptops you guys recommend? I dunno if i should wait, i have until Aug/Sept of 2006 to make up this decision. alots has been going thru my mind
